STRIDES 360™

COMING SPRING 2019! Strides 360™ promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!

Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Stroller Barre®

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out. Stroller Barre® will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

Fit4Baby®

FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!

Body Back® Transformation

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. The program also includes nutrition guidance, supplemental online workouts, accountability, pre and post fitness assessments and support. This journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.

BODY BACK HIIT Workout

Body Back® is a 60-minute, results-based workout designed to help you reach your full physical potential and reconnect to your inner strength. Our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cycles through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family. Improve your health, fitness, and physical strength while experiencing a personal transformation.

Run Club

RUN CLUB+

Take your run training to the next step with our 8-week guided training program. Whether you’re training for a specific running goal such as a 5K, 10K, or a half marathon, or simply want the support and structure of a run training program, we provide at-home and in-person opportunities to train, learn, and improve. Included in the 8 weeks are tips for getting started, detailed training plans for a variety of distances or general running (running and cross-training), as well as nutrition tips for fueling during training. Each week, you’ll receive email support, accountability and progress check-ins from your Run Club+ Coach. All Levels Welcome!

Body Back is so much more than just a workout; it's a community, and includes nutrition coaching, support, encouragement, and 8 weeks with other women and mamas that will become like family. One of the things our mamas love are the easy to follow recipes and meal planners. We pulled one of our favorite recipes from the guide, Dijon Salmon. We love this #healthyrecipe because it's SO easy, SO good, and work night and school night approved. All you need is 1 Tbsp lemon juice, 2 Tbsp Dijon or brown mustard, 1 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped (can use 1 tsp dried), 1 (4 oz) salmon filet, skin on, 1 Tbsp capers. Directions - Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Whisk lemon juice, mustard and dill in small bowl. Dip salmon in bowl to coat with mustard mixture and place skin side down on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with capers. Make a foil tent and cover salmon, sealing the edges to prevent steam from escaping. Bake for about 15 minutes. (To make it a family meal, adjust the quantities for each additional 4 oz salmon filet. Increase cooking time by 3-5 minutes per additional two filets). Recipes like this one are found in the Body Back Nutrition Guide, which is included in your 8-week Body Back session. When a woman becomes a mother, we often forget who she was before motherhood. Isn't it funny how tummy-time and breastfeeding or baby babbles and bottle warmings suddenly "define" who we are as a human postpartum? That's why we're vowing to share real mamas within our communities, both inside and outside of mamahood. Today, we want you to meet Anne Gregerson, who is part of our FIT4MOM North Sound village, but is also mama to Westley (3 years) and Willow (6 months), and spouse to Alex. Before joining our village and before having babies, Anne was a 2nd grade teacher in the Edmonds School District. Today she is back to work full time teaching.
